18,000 days of diary
After several failed attempts, I managed to start keeping a diary when I was 12 and my first entry was on Sunday 31 December 1961. Since then, I’ve never missed a single day. This means that now I’m in the 50th year of diary writing and that today marks my 18,000th entry.
For eight years, I’ve been running this blog and I post something almost every day. But, of course, the diary is very private while the blog is very public.

Many congratulations, Roger.
That is indeed impressive, not many people could be that consistent…
And, this blog is indeed benefiting many around the world…

Thanks, Alex.
You and your family have been appearing in the diaries for a decade now.
