It’s 25 years since the World Wide Web was created
To mark the occasion, “Observer” writer John Naughton has written an article entitled “25 things you might not know about the web on its 25th birthday” which you can read here.
The web was, of course, invented by the British scientist Tim Berners-Lee who decribed the experience in his 1999 book “Weaving The Web” which I have reviewed here.
