Remember the old Walt Disney animated tim “Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs”? And that cheery song that the dwarfs sang as they went to work?
Today most people return to work with a vengeance after the prolonged Christmas/New Year break. Even though – as a portfolio worker – I don’t work in one place for one organisation, my work restarts today as well.
I’m off to Snodland – which could be a location in a fairy story – to visit the head office of South East Water. We’ll be discussing the company’s Business Plan for 2015-2020 and the report on that plan produced by the Customer Challenge Group which I chair – both documents having been submitted to the regulator Ofwat at the beginning of December.
