Which markets most disappoint the consumer?

It’s National Consumer Week in the UK and the Government has launched a long-awaited survey on which markets are top and bottom when it comes to a fair deal for consumers. The measure used is something called the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI).
Overall, the most poorly rated markets were: Gas and electricity, Private pension plans, Home maintenance services, Petrol, diesel or oil, Private sector renting, and Estate agents and house purchasing services all failed to achieve a CCI score of more than 63 out of 100.
Also among those markets which consumers rated relatively poorly were Fixed line telephone services, Mortgages, Internet service providers, TV service providers, Vehicle repairs or servicing and Professional services – all with a CCI score of between 64 and 67 out of 100. Mobile phone network services, Hire purchase, loans or credit, Betting, gambling, competitions, prize draws or lotteries and Personal banking also failed to reach an overall CCI score of 70.

    AND BT!!!
Whatever BT promised, they will never do it!
Some staff from BT told me so, the others said that was a lie! Do you believe that?
I promised to myself, whenever/wherever there is a choice of other services, I will never choose BT service again!
They took deposit from me and they couldn’t find it in their system and they WANTED me to prove it so that they could do something about it! (some staff can find the money though!)
    BT Motto:
”Dear Sir, your application has been unsuccessful, is there anything else I can do for you?”
    BT is a joke.

My company applied one office line from BT, but at end, there came three numbers and three line rentals and three charges.
One of which is wrong address! My colleague called and changed for 5 times which he was told successful!
the 6th time, he called in, he was told wrong address again!
”Can i Change the address of our company, your database got it wrong, I have actually changed it 5 times with your colleagues!”
”No, there is no way you can change address for a telephone number you applied, I have to cancel that application for you and get you a new one.”
That was part of the reasons why at end, there came 3 lines under our company’s name.
billed for about £365 after two month and we were told by BT to write and complain and they can then sort it out for us.
    We did.
A month later, there came the letter of Debt Summon.
    ……
    BT = British Tragedy!

    Too much ‘downsizing’ in BT.
