Tony Blair – the biggest fault of Blair and Brown was to squander the Scottish Oil Money without building a Sovereign Wealth Fund. And the ridiculous PPP’s (Public-Private Partnerships) with their back-loaded crazy interest payments were and are additional complete financial folly. Finally despite their avowed support for Third World Development and Justice, both consigned Fraud Proof Voting Systems (the implementation AND the concept) to the dustbin. Neither history nor God will judge either favourably nor leniently.
