How to be healthy

The Life Skills section of my web site is one of the most popular and has become the largest, with today the addition of a 22nd item entitled “How To Be Healthy”.
If only I could follow my own advice – but, as family and friends know all too well, I do love my desserts.

    How about adding “Sleep the right amount”? Not the same amount for everyone, but enough to sustain your lifestyle. When you are overtired you not only lack the energy to do physical things but you are more likely to eat too much and of the wrong things. The other things I would add like feeling loved and having sex are covered by default in ” Be happy”.
