I was at a conference today and decided to note the numbers of times that the phrase was used. It was five &#8211; which could have been worse.<br \/>\nI find &#8220;going forward&#8221; an utterly redundant phrase. Invariably the subject of the sentence cannot be a a matter for the past or the present, so it <i>must<\/i> be something for the future.
