Even without the economic crisis, I would favour this because the UK has too great a spread of income and wealth as I blogged <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rogerdarlington.me.uk\/nighthawk\/?p=9495\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One option is a wealth tax and this was a theme in one of my short stories.
