I was there in my capacity as the Chair of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.culture.gov.uk\/what_we_do\/broadcasting\/9103.aspx\">Consumer Expert Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The DCMS is located just off Trafalgar Square so, once the meeting was over, I walked round to the square where a huge screen had been showing the procession of the 21 floats carrying the British Olympiads and Paralymiads on their route from Mansion House to Buckingham Palace.
