The meetings were held in a social club in Redbridge, a council office in Hammersmith and a Pentecostal church in Battersea respectively. All of them were fraught and emotional occasions.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m off with Vee now to spend the weekend in South Wales. Our son Richard is getting married to his partner Emily tomorrow in a hotel just north of Newport.
