I picked up this drip of information from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southeastwater.co.uk\/pls\/apex\/f?p=101:waterfacts:0\">this section<\/a> of the South East Water web site.<\/p>\n<p>As I explained in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rogerdarlington.me.uk\/nighthawk\/?p=8164\">an earlier posting<\/a>, I recently became Chair of the Customer Challenge Group at the company and so I&#8217;ve been visiting the Head Office in Snodland and learning more about water than you could ever imagine possible.<\/p>\n<p>You would not believe how complex is the management and regulation of the water sector.<\/p>\n<p>At least, it&#8217;s raining &#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The answer is apparently two-thirds!
