But regulators and blogs are two words that rarely go together, since regulators are so incredibly cautious about how they communicate with consumers.<br \/>\nAn exception is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.food.gov.uk\/\">Food Standards Agency<\/a> (FSA) where the Chief Scientist runs a blog.
