It’s a week now since I bought my new iPhone. I still have a lot to learn about it, but already it is a sheer joy to own for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

  1. It is a wonderfully elegant design and very small and light considering what it does.\n
  2. It powers up much quicker than my previous phone a Nokia N80.\n
  3. The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive.\n
  4. I don’t need a stylus to input text as with my Palm Tungsten T3 PDA.\n
  5. The virtual keyboard has letters much larger than my old mobile or PDA.\n
  6. I can access the Internet as much as I want for no cost above the monthly subscription.\n
  7. The screen – which can be used portrait or landscape – is large enough to make web pages readable.\n
  8. By ‘pinching’ the screen, one can easily magnify text.\n
  9. I can find any place in the UK on a map.\n
  10. I can find satellite pictures of any location in the UK.\n
  11. I can instantly obtain a seven-day weather forecast.\n
