We seem to be in a similar state of excitement now in parts of the American establishment. There is speculation that this November’s race could be an all-black affair: Barack Obama of course for the Democrats and Herman Cain for the Republicans.<\/p>\n
Herman Cain?!? If you’re not American, you’ve probably never heard of him. That’s not surprising since he’s never been elected to anything.
