It is 216 metres (708 feet). This week someone set a world record by doing the jump 105 times as reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/news\/top-stories\/2011\/05\/11\/man-sets-world-record-with-105-bungee-jumps-in-seven-and-a-half-hours-in-south-africa-115875-23121725\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Now that&#8217;s impressive; but just as impressive in my book is the fact that, on a trip to Southern Africa in 2004, my wife Vee did this jump.
