It seems that it is now very much the norm for babies to have an online presence.<\/p>\n<p>A recent study published by <a href=\"http:\/\/jrsmith.blog.avg.com\/2010\/10\/would-you-want-a-digital-footprint-from-birth.html\" target=\"_blank\"> Internet Security Firm AVG<\/a> states 5% of babies under 2 have social media profiles, 7% have an email  address, and 81% of have a digital footprint of some sort.<\/p>\n<p>This information was brought to my attention by my colleague Damian Radcliffe who blogs <a href=\"http:\/\/thismuchidontknow.wordpress.com \">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I recently did a posting about how my unborn granddaughter (we think) already has a presence on Facebook.
