So they have published a thoughtful paper entitled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.compassonline.org.uk\/publications\/\">&#8220;A New Political Economy&#8221;<\/a>.<br \/>\nAs a response, today the right wing tabloid, the &#8220;Daily Express&#8221;, reports that Compass is leading the charge on a \u201c62% tax raid on middle Britain\u201d in a piece of political commentary masquerading as reportage.
