Could the same thing happen to Donald Trump?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make no mistake: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2020\/sep\/27\/new-york-times-publishes-donald-trumps-tax-returns-election\">the expose of Trump&#8217;s tax affairs<\/a> by the &#8220;New York Times&#8221; is huge. It is a brilliant piece of investigative journalism and astonishing that it was kept totally quiet until now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trump was probably going to lose the presidency anyway. But this tax scandal could ensure that he loses big.
