As 2018 ends and 2019 starts, I have now kept a diary for 57 years and the total number of daily entries now stands at 20,817.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find comfort in keeping a diary: I record everything I have done and I can note whatever I am feeling.
