In the many\u00a0debates on political\u00a0reform in the UK, one idea \u00a0is disestablishment of the Church of England.<\/p>\n
Rightly in my view, it is argued that the UK population is no longer largely devoted to the Anglican faith and that, in multicultural Britain, it is wrong for one religious denomination to be privileged over others with automatic seats in the House of Lords for instance. Therefore church and state should be totally separated.<\/p>\n
