However, 80% are sad that these are not sent as much anymore, according to the research which was carried out for ipostparcels .<\/p>\n<p>A research study for Citizens Advice found 45% of people aged 18-34 use post (letters, cards or packages) to contact others. In contrast, 67% of those aged 55-74 use post for personal communications.
