A major factor is\u00a0its global contribution to science and technology, thanks to the high number of journal exports, Nobel prizes and international publications it has produced.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The index compiles data on 35 indices. The top three nations in the current index are &#8211; in order &#8211; Sweden, Denmark and The Netherlands. The United States is ranked 21. Where does your country come in the index?
