And that cheery song that the dwarfs sang as they went to work?<\/p>\n<p>Today most people return to work with a vengeance after the prolonged Christmas\/New Year break. Even though &#8211; as a portfolio worker &#8211; I don&#8217;t work in one place for one organisation, my work restarts today as well.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m off to Snodland &#8211; which could be a location in a fairy story &#8211; to visit the head office of South East Water. We&#8217;ll be discussing the company&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southeastwater.co.uk\/our-business-plan\/document-library#.Usp-QKVtfzg\">Business Plan for 2015-2020<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southeastwater.co.uk\/media\/185954\/CCG_report_021213.pdf\">the report on that plan<\/a> produced by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southeastwater.co.uk\/about-us\/our-business\/customer-challenge-group#ad-image-0\">Customer Challenge Group<\/a> which I chair &#8211; both documents having been submitted to the regulator Ofwat at the beginning of December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remember the old Walt Disney animated tim &#8220;Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs&#8221;?
