This weekend, he achieved new heights of success by competing in the <a href=\"http:\/\/eu.ironman.com\/triathlon\/events\/americas\/ironman\/world-championship.aspx#axzz2hdG0UsWQ\">Ironman World Championship<\/a> which was held this year in Kona, Hawaii.<\/p>\n<p>First, he swam 2.4 miles (3.9 kms) in 1 hour 4 minutes 50 seconds; then he rode a bike for 112 miles (180 kms) in 5 hours 23 minutes 24 seconds; and finally he ran a marathon of 26.2 miles (42 kms) in 3 hours 54 minutes 31 seconds.
