Other than when I&#8217;ve been on holiday (when even I forget the Net), this is the first time in three years of blogging almost daily that this has happened and, believe me, I found it a strange and disorienting experience.<br \/>\nI really get a buzz from knowing that every day I can share my thinking with thousands of people around the world. It&#8217;s encouraging to see the traffic statistics clicking away and great when readers post comments or even <a href=\"mailto:rogerdarlington@dsl.pipex.com\">e-mail me<\/a>.
