There were two massive highlights in Monday&#8217;s session.<br \/>\nFirst, Caroline Kennedy &#8211; daughter of JFK &#8211; introduced Senator Edward Kennedy, there was a video on the Senator, and then &#8211; in spite of his brain cancer &#8211; he made an emotional appearance and contributed an impassioned speech in support of Barack Obama.<br \/>\nSecond, there was a video on Michelle Obama narrated by her mother before her older, even taller, brother introduced her. I thought that Michelle speech&#8217;s was outstanding &#8211; she really connected with people, made an utterly convincing case for her husband and spoke with immense confidence and fluency.
