This could &#8211; and should &#8211; have happened many years ago.<br \/>\nI was recently in Sarajevo [my account <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rogerdarlington.me.uk\/Sarajevo.html\">here<\/a>] and heard at first hand some of the devastation that Karadzic&#8217;s forces brought to the city in the siege that killed some 12,000.
