She developed global awareness training through the eighties and set up 'Values and Visions' in 1989. This pioneered spiritual and global awareness training in organizations. The work, published in 1995 by Hodder & Stoughton, is used internationally. She researched spirituality in business within SMEs and multi-nationals to demonstrate how business can be both soul-friendly and successful.
